General Event Info:

  • Gates open at 5:30 p.m., Music starts 6 p.m.
  • Rain or shine event – no refunds or exchanges
  • 21 and over event – no admittance without proper ID at the gate
  • The event is general admission – no seating will be provided
  • Wrist bands will be provided at the gate and must be worn at all times
  • Re-entry with wrist band will be permitted
  • No outside food and beverages
  • No pets
  • Alcoholic beverage concessions are cash only
  • Smoking permitted in designated areas only
  • Audio and video recording and transmission of reproduction of the event strictly prohibited


Live on Vine is being held in historic downtown Lancaster less than a block from Lancaster city center, Penn Square. The event space is located on West Vine Street between South Queen and Beaver Streets. Vine St. will be closed to traffic in both directions from Beaver St. to Queen St., and Queen St. from Vine St. to King St. will be reduced to one lane of traffic on the day of the event.

Pa Turnpike West to US-222 S
222 S to US 30 W

Follow Duke Street to downtown Lancaster

From Harrisburg and points west:
PA-283 East to Fruitville Pike Exit
Fruitville Pike South towards Lancaster City
Fruitville Pike becomes Prince Street

From DE/MD and points south:
I-95 to MD-272 North
272 N to US-222 N
US-222 N to PA-272 N
272 N becomes Queen Street

Downtown Lancaster features numerous parking garages within walking distance to the Live on Vine event site. The two closest garages (Central Parking Garage and Penn Square Garage) will fill early on the event date and may be affected by traffic and road closures. Other recommended parking areas for this event are:

  • Prince Street Garage (111 N. Prince Street, Lancaster)
  • East King Street Garage (150 E. King Street, Lancaster)
  • Duke Street Garage (150 N. Duke Street, Lancaster)

Security / Gate Info

For your safety, a security check will be conducted prior to entering the venue. All guests and bags will be searched for alcohol and/or any illegal or prohibited items. Prohibited items are subject to confiscation. Refusal to submit to search will be grounds to prohibit admission and no refunds will be provided.

  • Fireworks and other projectiles
  • Selfie sticks
  • Pets
  • Laser pointers and aerosol cans
  • Noise-making devices (horns, whistles, air horns, etc.)
  • Motorized vehicles
  • Drones or any other remote flying device
  • Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts or any personal motorized vehicles (exceptions for medically necessary power-operated vehicles or wheelchairs)
  • Other items deemed inappropriate by event promoters and/or security staff

You hereby consent to the reasonable search for alcoholic beverages, drugs, weapons or other prohibited items. You consent to the use of your image or likeness in any media, transmission, or reproduction of the event by producer.

Event staff reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by event producer to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the event rules and regulations.
